Calvin Culver was better known by his adult film name Casey Donovan. He is said to have created the name Casey Donovan by combining the title of his film Casey and the name of the singer Donovan Culver. His health began to deteriorate in 1985 and he died of AIDS complications in 1987. His name occupies block 50 of the AIDS Quilt.
