Ikram's relationship (Farid Kamil) with his father, Tok Moh (Hamdan) is not so good. Ikram was forced to return to the village to visit his sick father, even after being persuaded by his wife, Anis (Sharisa Haris). Upon arrival in the village, Ikram had misappropriated the medicine and opened the bottle and released a ghost named Mak Yah (Atikah Suhaime).
