The Scissoring (2011)

Alice Myers, an outcast teenager, is bullied by her classmates at high school.. Her mother and Farther, are pious and paranoid that see sin everywhere and the need of self-inflicting punishment. When her boyfriend breaks up with Alice, Alice snaps. Alice begins to harm herself so she is sent to an asylum, however, she breaks out and goes on a murder spree in her town. Brit Hilton, one of the girls that tormented Alice, feels bad and tries to make peace with Alice but it's too late...
